Truth or Trash? Bad choices hurt me.

See It -
Grab shaving cream, whipped cream, toothpaste, or hair mousse. Squirt some cream out into the sink. This is an example of making a bad choice. Can you put the cream back into the can? Just like how we can't put the cream back in the can, we cannot undo a bad choice. We should always ask anyone we hurt for forgiveness. Whether or not people forgive you, God always forgives you. Now rinse the cream down the drain to show how God forgives and forgets our sins.

Truth! Yes, there are consequences for your bad choices. But you don't need to feel bad about yourself. Return quickly to God's heart. Talk to Him about your struggle or what you did. Ask Him what next step you should take and then take it! Maybe it will be returning what you stole or asking someone for forgiveness. God knows you will make mistakes and God has already forgiven you. He washed your mistake down the drain just like the cream! Receive His forgiveness.
