Under His Wings

I still remember when my children were little and a thunderstorm would roll in during the night. Lightning flashed, thunder boomed, and it wasn't long before I'd hear little feet running down the hall. They climbed into bed with me, finding safety in my arms.

Psalm 91 describes God as our refuge. Just like a parent comforting a frightened child, He covers us with His feathers, shielding us from harm. No matter what storms rage around us, we are safe in His care.

Prayer: Father, thank You for being my refuge. Help me to trust in Your protection. Amen.
