Faith in the Battle and Protection of the Holy Spirit

Sometimes, we are hesitant about sharing our faith because we are worried we won’t have an answer to their questions. The Bible never tells us to be ready with an answer for any question anyone may ask; it tells us to be prepared with an answer for the hope that we have. That answer is easy: it’s Jesus.

Our final week of this devotional plan is focused on bringing our faith to other people. The world needs Jesus, and it’s up to us to get them the good news. When presenting our faith, someone will ask a difficult question. Sometimes, the only answer we can provide to people's nuanced questions is, “Let’s look it up together.” However, the potential of those questions shouldn’t stop us from unveiling the good news of Jesus to the world. When we share the simplicity of the gospel, it strengthens our faith. When we share with those who are willing, we see God's movement in their life. When we share with those who turn it down, it challenges us to dig into our relationship with Jesus, pray for them, and feel His strength and power. If you haven't started actively sharing your faith, this week is a great opportunity!
