Apple Of My Eye
When I look into the apple (pupil) of another’s eye, I see a miniaturized reflection of myself, thus, every glance toward my Lord reminds me I am within His field of vision. Adversity distract our gaze and awareness of His goodness. As you keep your focus on Jesus, you look more and more like Him. You are the apple of His eye: keep Him as the apple of yours.
Prayer: Lord, I honour you and place you as the apple of my eye as I am the apple of yours. Help me not to be distracted by the the world and keep my sight fixed on your goodness. In Jesus' name, Amen.
