Morning Affirmations for Kids by KidsSample
Why Stress
We all face a bit of stress in life, but when it feels like too much – like you're just carrying too much of a burden – know that you're not alone.
God is here for you, ready to help in more ways than you may realize. 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you." That's right– God wants you to let Him know what's going on so He can take some of the pressure off you.
God cares for us and wants us to be stress-free, so don't be afraid to tell Him what's bothering you. Whether it's an argument with a friend or an upcoming test that makes you anxious, turn to God for the help you need.
It's also important to take care of our bodies, so if you’re feeling especially overwhelmed, try some calming activities that will help shift your mood. Taking a break from studying or creating art can be a great way to get your mind off whatever is stressing you out.
When all else fails, take a few moments and pray – just talk to God like you would a friend. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy; just let Him know what's going on and how you feel. Once you've done that, trust that His plan will come to pass.
At the end of the day, we face enough stress in life. But with God on our side, we know we won't have to face it alone. So don't be afraid to turn to Him whenever you feel overwhelmed or anxious – he's always ready to listen. Thanks for joining us today– until next time, take care, Kingdom Kids!
