Hidden Miracles of the Bible: Secret Wisdom Within the WordSample
Hidden Miracles of the Bible – Secret Wisdom Within the Word
It’s widely debated how many Old and New Testament miracles are listed in the Bible, and a quick internet search will yield all sorts of thoughts and opinions. Many miracles are extraordinary, spectacular, and clearly evidenced, such as the Great Flood, the Parting of the Red Sea, or Jesus’ act of raising Lazarus from the dead.
But as you read the Bible closer, you’ll discover miracles and wisdom that are a little more hidden, a bit more latent. These are the miracles within miracles—words within the word that are slightly more hidden and concealed. Some you’ll have to read between the lines to discover them. Or, it may not be readily apparent how the miracle was performed, but it’s evident that God clearly authored something divine for a particular event to take place.
Some miracles aren’t so much an astonishing event that bends the laws of science, but instead an aligning of events or supernatural language in different parts of the Bible that are so interconnected, so astonishing and coincidental, that the only explanation is that God miraculously wove them together so we could bear witness to His divinity.
In this reading plan, we will touch on a few, and my hope is that you’ll be drawn to reading your Bible in more of an investigative light as you begin to discover “hidden miracles” and never before recognized wisdom of your own, both in the Bible and also in your personal life as well.

About this Plan
God didn't design the Bible to be read once and put back on the bookshelf. He constantly reveals little hidden miracles and deeper wisdom to us over time. This plan will encourage you to examine scripture in a more investigative way, to discover new insights both in the Bible, and personal application in your life, of the amazing ways in which He works.
