Guardians Of Ancora Bible Plan: Ancora Kids Ask Big QuestionsSample
HOW DO YOU KNOW THE BIBLE IS TRUE AND NOT MADE UP?
The Guildmaster of Ancora answers:
That’s a great question, and a very important one, too.
If the Bible is made up and not true, I don’t want to follow it! If it is God’s special book and all true, I do want to follow it!
Here are a few reasons why I think it is true:
- There are lots of things in the Bible that we know are true because of historical evidence from the time or from other people’s writing. King Cyrus (Ezra, chapter 1) really did let the people go home to Israel.
- Jesus read the Old Testament and treated it seriously (Matthew, chapter 4).
- Jesus told his friends that God the Holy Spirit would help them remember all that he said, so I believe the New Testament is true, too (John, chapter 16)!
- When I read it, it makes sense and God speaks to me through it (Psalm 119).
Pray: What do you think of the Guildmaster’s answer? Talk with God about it now.

About this Plan
Children love to ask questions about almost anything. They ask “Why? What? Who? How?” very often. It’s only natural for children and is part of their trying to make sense of their world. This 3-day Bible plan looks at some of the real questions that real children ask with answers pitched to their understanding. The plan complements the free children’s game app Guardians of Ancora.
