Qualifying for God's AnointingSample

Qualifying for God's Anointing

DAY 31 OF 31

GOD ANOINTS CORRECTION

God anoints correction. A son who sits joyfully under the correction of his father will be blessed. Such a father will tell his son things he doesn’t tell others. Hebrews 12:5-11 tells us that if God chastises us, He is dealing with us as sons.

Do you respond to the Holy Spirit’s correction in your heart? The first time I said sorry to my wife, it was the Holy Spirit that told me to do so. He said, “That is not how to speak to My daughter, go and say sorry.” Nobody else told me. When you start listening to the Holy Ghost, He will correct you and get you into places of greatness.

Do you respond to the correction of the Word of God and the correction of the authority figures in your life? Respond to the correction of wisdom around you because if you don’t respond to the correction of godly authority, you will be crushed by the correction of wicked people somewhere.

Respond positively to the people that God has placed in your life as trainers so that the anointing of wisdom and wealth that such people carry can rest upon you. Anointing falls upon training; it falls upon correction. When, as a daughter, your mother corrects you on how to cook, respond to correction positively so that later in life, when you are cooking well for your husband, he will call you blessed among women!

PRAYER: Father, help me not to react but embrace the correction of the Holy Spirit and righteous authority You have set around me in Jesus’ name. Amen!
