Walk Through The Bible 365 - NovemberSample
Fishers Of Men
Peter, Andrew, James, and John were, by profession, fishermen. And when Jesus calls them to follow him, the calling is to be fishers of men. And Jesus has called us to follow him, and his calling to us is to be fishers of men, just as it was to his disciples. And what is this calling to be fishers of men for us today? It is to share the Gospel with others so that they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Prayer: We thank you, Jesus, for the privilege of knowing you and being called by you to share the Gospel with others. Let us fulfill this calling diligently and be always ready to share the Gospel with others. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
