Prepare to reflect by taking some slow deep breaths – and then thank God for all that has been good in your day.

Review your day, reliving any significant moments and focusing on the ones that seem most important. Were you drawn towards or away from life, love, and God in those moments? Why was that?

Celebrate the times when you sensed God’s presence.

Were there times when you let fear, anxiety, or frustration stop you from giving love? Ask God’s forgiveness and for His strength for tomorrow.
