The Father Of LeadershipSample

Fools Despise Wisdom
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” Proverbs 1:7 KJV
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge. Fools despise wisdom. Great leaders ask for Wisdom. The fear and reverence of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom.
The Amplified Version expounds upon Proverbs 1:7 AMPC in the following manner, “The reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord is the beginning and the principal and choice part of knowledge [its starting point and its essence]; but fools despise skillful and godly Wisdom, instruction, and discipline.”
Fools despise Wisdom, instruction, and discipline. Great leaders seek skillful and Godly Wisdom. Reverence God and seek His Wisdom. Seek His Counsel and prioritize Wisdom.
James 1:22 AMPC declares, “But be doers of the Word [obey the message], and not merely listeners to it, betraying yourselves [into deception by reasoning contrary to the Truth].”
Choose to be doers of the Word and not merely listeners. His Word is His Blueprint and leadership is His Signature, for God is the Author of Wisdom and the Father of leadership.
