Day #2 Understanding God's Expectations
God is the one who is most aware of the importance of your time. One day, you and I will pass through the court of Christ. It is not a court about sin but about reward. It is our faithfulness, obedience, diligence, or carelessness that will be evaluated and rewarded or not.
It must be understood that for an action to be rewarded, time and energy will have to be devoted to it. So the management of your time is directly related to the rewards you will receive.
If there is one thing I want to hear, it is: "Good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of your master!”
What is loyalty?
The fidelity that God will reward is a constancy in obedience.
Coming back to the vision I had with the marbles, if I fill my couple's pot with the marbles that represent my time and that pot stays full all the time, then it's because I am faithful. If my pot is only half full, because I am using the time I should have allocated, to other things, then I will not be rewarded because I have not been faithful in my responsibility as a spouse.
Understand that it is God who sets the capacity of each pot. That means it is God who determines the amount of time you should give to each area of your life. Maybe you would like to spend more or less time on it, but your role is just to be faithful. In short, you need to ask God to show you how much time you should give to each area of your life because it is His agenda that counts.
I invite you to consider each area of your life: your spiritual life, your health, your couple, your family, your work, your friends, your ministry for God. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you if you are giving too much or too little time and make the necessary adjustments without considering your comfort or pleasure or comparing yourself to others. Think of only one thing: God's reward.

About this Plan
168 is the number of hours that each human being has for a week. No more, no less. The Psalmist cried out, "Lord, teach us to count our days well!" In our fast-paced society, counting our HOURS has become vital. I invite you to reflect over the next few days on how to invest and allocate your time ACCORDING to GOD.
