Walk Through The Bible 365 - MaySample
Debt Of Love
Most debts we should pay off as soon as possible, but Paul tells us that the debt of love is ongoing. We don't get to finish 'payments' early; the debt's never erased; we don't get to stop payments. But in living out the love of God, we fulfill, complete, fully implement the whole purpose for God's Old Testament Law. To whom can you make a love payment today?
Prayer: Father God, your love means so much to me. Thank you for Christ's sacrifice on Calvary; thank you for the Holy Spirit living in me 24/7. Having tasted of your love, I can't imagine life without it. Show me opportunities to demonstrate your unfailing love to others around me today. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
