Healthy habits and prayer remind me,
I’ve got God’s gift of peace inside me.
Did you know yucky feelings can be a gift from God? They remind you to take care of yourself!
When you don’t feel well, stop what you’re doing. Figure out what you need. A trusted grown-up can help you.
If you’re tired, hungry, or thirsty, take care of your body. If your feelings are hurt, take deep breaths, name your feelings, talk about them, and let your mind calm down. If your spirit is missing God, spend some time with Him.
No matter what your body, mind, or spirit needs, God cares. Tell Him all about it. His peace is always with you, and you will start to feel it again your heart and your mind.

Pray Together
God, thank You that we can share everything with You. Help us to remember that when we pray and are thankful, we can be close to You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Read Together
Read the Bible verse for today. Take turns sharing what it makes you think about. Ask each other any questions it makes you think of.
