Overcoming Bad Spirits and Being Filled with the Holy Spirit

There are countless number of benefits in accepting Christ into our life. Not only are we counted as the children of God, and all our sins are forgiven, and now we can inherit Heaven forever, but also we overcome Satan, demons, and their evil schemes, black magics, sorcery, evil eyes, and all. You do not need to be afraid of them, and you no longer need to appease them anymore. You can live peacefully. We do not need to be superstitious anymore. We do not need to be afraid of any black magics, sorcery, and any sort of divinations. In another words, you don’t need to worship any other deities for blessings and protections. The one man—Lord Jesus—has done whatever is necessary for you, and so you don’t need more gods and goddesses in your life. Lord Jesus becomes the Lord of all. The one man Lord Jesus is sufficient for all our spiritual needs. 

Demonic oppressions and people possessed by demons are very common not only in the days of Lord Jesus in the first century, but also in our modern day. In extreme cases, demons also manifest, and they torture the body in which they reside. Their main aim is to burden and to torture people, and ultimately, to enslave them and to destroy and to kill them (John 10:10). 

Forget about defeating these demons and their works, Lord Jesus even defeated death and Hell. He reigns over them (1 Cor.15:55). 

Rest with the Lord on the day of worship. Enjoy the presence of God and his people in fellowship, worship services, and Christian gatherings. Allow the Holy Spirit of God to guide you, lead you, and show you every step of the way. We can understand the Holy Spirit through the very word of God given to us through the Holy Bible. 

Each day seek the Holy Spirit of God to fill you and enjoy His presence in your life. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you, lead you, and commune with you, and when you are filled with the Holy Spirit of God, no other spirit can ever disturb you anymore. You are free. Praise the Lord. 

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank you for setting me free from all oppressive spirits and filling me with your precious Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, please come and fill me completely, guide me, lead me, direct me, commune with me each and every moment. Father, I thank you for sending your Holy Spirit upon my life. In Jesus’s name I pray. Amen.
