A Cover of Protection

Lord, I ask that you cover my husband with a hedge of protection. I know the enemy comes to steal and destroy, but Jesus came that we may experience light and life. I pray for Your light to permeate and remove any plot the enemy is scheming against my husband. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that the gates of hell shall not prevail against our marriage. Lord, give us both the desire to live first and foremost to honor You and second, to honor one another the way you have called us. May our marriage be a place of safety and security. Lord, may our marriage always be rooted in Your firm foundation. In Jesus' name, amen.
