The New Testament in 90 DaysSample
Introduction to Second Peter
This book of Second Peter was written shortly after his first letter around A.D.64-66. The angle and purpose in this letter was different. The Jewish Christians were still enduring suffering and persecution, but they were also experiencing false teaching and heresy among themselves. Peter urged the people to seek spiritual maturity through the Word of God instead of listening to the sweet sounding words from false teachers.
