WALKING IN HIS POWER 

It would be a pity if we, as believers, have never experienced God’s power. 

David was a psalmist who guarded his life according to the law of the Lord. What made David passionate about the Word of God? He knew how the Word of God worked in his life.

The Word of God that we read and meditate upon will work in our lives when the Holy Spirit of God fills us. David always had a heart that was thirsty for the Spirit of God. This was written in Psalm 63, a psalm that described how David’s heart thirsted and longed for the Spirit of God. Let all of us have a heart that is thirsty for the Spirit of God. 

The Spirit of God that comes and fills us is called God’s anointing. The anointing, or the power of God, is given to us so that we are able to do the Word of God and serve Him.

The anointing will lead us to the truth, which is the Word of God, and the truth will bring us to daily victory. We can be victorious over fleshly temptations, over problems and struggles. We can be victorious over everything. Therefore, we need the anointing, or the power of the Holy Spirit, every day. 

Walk in His anointing and in His power, so that you can experience His blessings and be continuously used as the channel of His power and love for everyone. The name of the Lord is glorified.
