Six Characteristics Of A Strong FamilySample
We discovered that strong families have a strong commitment for one another. Now, we are going to study another characteristic of strong families.
Strong Families spend enjoyable time together.
When over 1,500 children were asked the question, “What do you think makes a happy family?” very few responded material objects or extravagant vacations. Instead, the majority of the children responded that a happy family is developed through active time genuinely enjoying one another’s presence.
Here are a few questions to consider:
Are you committed to spending time with your family?
What does your time with your family look like?
Is it intentional time growing in knowledge and affection for one another?
Or, does time with your family feel forced or is nonexistent?
Are you distracted by your phonetechnology or other priorities when you are with your family?
Make it a priority to spend intentional time with the members of your family starting this week.
