There Is None Besides Thee. 

Who or what is trying to fill the place that God sits on the throne of your heart? Who are you worshipping? What are you consistently meditating on? What are you constantly worrying about? Meditate and shift your focus on God. 

When your heart is in entangled in the things of this world and you begin to shift your focus and excessively meditate on these “things”, you begin to give your heart away to superficialities that slowly draw you away from God. Lust lures you away and distracts you from submitting your whole heart to God. There is nothing that can fill the void in your heart like God can. Let God steward your heart. Let God lead your heart. Your heart belongs to Him. 

3 John‬ ‭1:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬ states, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” God wants you to prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers and flourishes. God wants your spiritual life to thrive just as much as your natural life to prosper. God cares about your eternity and He cares about your natural life here on Earth.

God cares about your spiritual and natural life. The things that you accumulate on Earth are temporary, but who you choose to worship has eternal reward. Steward the stuff, but choose to worship God. Seek God. Serve God. Submit to God.
