Until when?

How much longer will we waste our time? Until when are we going against what the Holy Spirit tells us? How long will we ignore what is preached in the pulpits of the churches? How long will we want to be part of a world we do not belong to? Until when are we going to hide? How much longer will we let our ego decide what we have to do?Until when are getting involved with empty speeches? How long will we be taken by what society declares to be right? How much longer will we think that just going to church on Sundays is synonymous with being saved?

No one knows the day or the hour, but one certainty we have: Jesus is coming back! We need to prepare for his coming, leave everything behind and mature. Growing up is difficult, it leaves scars, nostalgia and it is often scary, but we have to go through it. We know He is coming to meet those who will be ready.

Do not let your desires speak louder. Do not let your friends convince you that “just once" is not a problem. Do not let religiosity stifle the true gospel or your weariness overcome the importance of going to church. Do not let a habit take away the will to pray. Do not let the guilt drive you away from grace and do not let your criticism blind your faith. Don’t allow it!

There is no more time to play the part of being a believer. The time has come. Put on your armor, fill your olive bowl, commit yourself to the truth. Take action and keep the commandments. Repent, go back if necessary, release forgiveness, do what has to be done.

Instead of asking "Where is God?”, the question is, "Where am I?”. No matter how complicated it may be and how distant it may seem, be sure that He comes; Jesus is coming for you. Be ready!
