Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorise it, we carry the Word of God with us wherever we go. We are continuing to memorise our key verses, we are memorising 1 Timothy 6:18-19. Save the image below so you can read these words throughout the day.
This week we will add the next verse, revealing the promise attached to living a generous life.
“In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.”
Remember, it may help to read it aloud several times, breaking it down into smaller chunks. Write it down and carry it with you, repeating it throughout the day. Incorporate the verse into your prayers, letting it resonate in your spirit.
