WEEK 6: FEARLESSLY SHARING YOUR FAITH

THE WATER OF HIS WORD
Read Psalm 42:5,11; Psalm 43:5; and Psalm 78:7.

Over the past several weeks you have faced your fears, confessed your sin, learned how to put your hope in God. Now you can walk forward in faith and truly be fearless! Not because of your strength, but because of your God! Not because you know everything, but because you know your God does. He really does hold the whole world in His hands. You can go forward with the knowledge that He has gone before you. He has placed you right where He wants you to be, you are His ambassador amongst the people in your world. You have been designed and fashioned to be His chosen vessel in their midst! Go now in confidence and obedience trusting in His power. Just as Joshua did, relying not on what he saw but on His God who said, “See, I have given Jericho into your hand...”  Joshua 6:2. You know the outcome–the wall that was 12 feet thick fell flat.

If you feel a giant “wall” between you and the person you are to share the gospel with remember your God. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joshua!

Take time today in quiet reflection throughout your day. Reflect on all you have studied. Think through all you have read, prayed, and learned. Lay everything before the Lord—yourself, your fears, your weaknesses, your possessions, your future, your gifts, your talents, your position, your place, and your purpose. Then, place all of your hope in God! Walk forward by faith, obeying Him and He will do it! He will make you fearless before your enemies! He will glorify His name! “By grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God … we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that you should walk in them” (Ephesians 2:8-10).
