Growth Amid Hardship Finding favor with the warden, Joseph found himself running the entire prison. What seemed like a terrible situation was another rung in the ladder of Joseph's leadership training. From running a prominent leader's household to overseeing a prison, Joseph is no longer the same boy thrown into the cistern.
