Mary's TreasureBeispiel
Divine Design
A rose in the garden gives doubt to my call.
Had death truly been His design after all?
Arriving on site at the mouth of the tomb
The stone rolled away, now a dark empty womb.
Now what could this latest development mean?
A beautiful angel appears on the scene.
The angel reminds me of one seen before
His words, “Do not fear,” a familiar encore.
“Yes, God’s only Son is alive once again!”
The same as the inn, there’s no grave room for Him!
The true sign of Jonah fulfilled now indeed,
My straw is not broken, but just a bruised reed!
Die Heilige Schrift
Über diesen Leseplan
In this devotional written from the perspective of Jesus' mother, Mary vulnerably and honestly details the intimate moments of her experience as a mom. In each compelling scene, Mary treasures a small token to remember it by. Little does she know the divine significance each item will play in the ultimate purpose of her son’s role on earth.
