God, Increase!Sampl
In John Chapter 3, we notice how the disciples of John the Baptist were concerned about people being baptised by Jesus (John 3:26).
John’s response was so full of humility.
He understood his purpose and he walked in it.
He calls himself the friend of the bridegroom.
He knew his purpose was to make way for the bridegroom.
And now because the bridegroom was here in the midst of His people, John’s joy was made complete.
Most of the time we get swayed away by our titles, positions and all our selfish desires and we forget we were made for a purpose bigger than ourselves.
Do you know your purpose?
Remember, You were created to love God.
You were created for His love to flow through you, so you can love on people.
You don’t have to do this in your own strength because God Himself enables you to do it all through Him.
He is Emmanuel… God with you.
Start by acknowledging His presence…
And like John, be that friend who attends the bridegroom, who waits and listens for Him; and you will be full of joy when you hear the bridegroom’s voice…
For that joy is yours, and it is now complete.

This 3 day Bible plan is based on the Bible verse John 3:30. This verse talks about “God increasing and we decreasing.” This plan reminds us to make more room for God; by surrendering to Him every moment of our lives. This Scripture has also been the heart behind the Hindi worship song “Badhta,” released by Outcast. We hope the devotion and the song bless you as much as it has blessed us.
