Fight for the Faith: A Prayer Journey Thru JudeSampl
Day 3
As we pray through Jude, we find that Jude has a prayer for us: “May mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you” (2).
May we live in light of this truth: In Jesus, we do not receive what we deserve (judgment), but what we do not deserve (mercy). In Jesus, our sin no longer is a barrier between God and us, for we are washed “whiter than snow.” In Jesus, we experience and are transformed by love: “We love because he first loved us” (1 John 4:19).
Father God, I praise You for Your mercy, peace, and love; I long to help everyone around me discover these wonderful, eternal gifts of grace as well!

Jesus said that we will know the truth, and the truth will set us free (John 8:31-32). Yet our enemy, the devil, is bent on twisting God’s truth in his all-out efforts to "steal, kill, and destroy" (John 10:10). The epistle of Jude exhorts us to contend for truth. Let’s pray through Jude, and be emboldened today to fight for the faith!
