Millennial Kingdom Leader

DAY 8 OF 8

Becoming a Leader

In some capacity, we're all leaders. In other ways, we're followers too. My prayer is for everyone to reach their potential in Christ. In studying David's life, I learned (and loved) that he was considerate and protective of leadership even when he disagreed with their actions.

How we speak about leadership in our lives is important for opening doors in our lives. This last day is dedicated to the person waiting to get promoted to manager or even the person sitting at the church ridiculing the leadership of the church. Sometimes, what we say, our thoughts towards a leader, and what we whisper (when no one is looking) are the very things that are holding our next level hostage.

Instead of complaining, try praying for the leader. Avoid sowing discord in the community and resentment in your heart. No, you will not always agree, but instead of being negatively vocal, go to your cave of Adullam and allow God to work on your character. The time will come when your ideas and voice will be heard, but your character will be followed. We cannot transform businesses, ministries, communities, and influence growth in people until we've done it in ourselves first.

About this Plan

Millennial Kingdom Leader

A millennial kingdom leader has a well-outlined vision, the ability to communicate the vision and the anointing to leverage vision to transform lives. In today's culture, the idea of leadership has been distorted by social popularity, where the filter of image gains followers ' so ignore them. They are blind guides leading the blind, and if one blind person guides another, they will both fall into a ditch. ' Matthew 15:14. In this eight day devotional we'll learn that the core of a leader influences the spirit of the people, we'll outline biblical qualifications for a leader, identify leadership characteristics that are displayed throughout the Bible, and prepare the next generation of leaders. A leader's main objective is to reproduce more leaders whether in the church or in the marketplace. To be effective in your role as leader, you have to bear fruit - that process starts from within.
