Book by Book 4: John to Revelationنموونە
John is different than the other three biographies of Jesus. It is written a little later than the others, and John provides information beyond just telling us what Jesus said and did. Our chapter today is a good example of that. John tells us Jesus existed before time and was directly involved in creation. He wants to make sure we understand that Jesus was not just a good man, but God in human form.
C.S. Lewis said, “Christianity, if false, is of no importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be is moderately important.” John is making it clear that he sees Jesus of infinite importance. Do you?
