How to Multiply the Gospel // Gospel X - Multiplying the Gospelنموونە
The story of the Ethiopian eunuch shows a man that is already prepared by God. Philip lets himself be a servant of God and approaches the eunuch. He realizes that the eunuch is reading the Bible and takes a chance by challenging him on the text he reads. This one question opens up a conversation that ends in the eunuch being baptized.
There are also people around you that are looking for God. They read the Bible and try to understand it, or they pray to God and look for signs, they go to church to find out more about God. Like Philip, followers of Christ are sent to those people to answer their question.
Do you hear God sending you to someone? Sometimes this means just having an open ear and listen to the stories of the people around you. People long to talk to someone who just listens to them. They start opening their heart and asking their questions. As a believer, you can then be a witness. So, it starts by asking the question: Do you want to tell me your story?
After that, the conversation often evolves by itself and it is enough to be aware of the spiritual questions that are asked.
It is important to realize that it is not the pastor’s job to share the gospel and answer question. Every believer is called to be a witness. It is not about how much you know. God did not only call those that have reached a certain maturity. He called everyone. Everyone can be a witness by sharing his story. And there is nothing wrong in saying “I don’t know” if you do not have an answer to a question. That is being authentic and honest. So, be available to people around you that have questions about the faith. God promised to put the right words into your mouth: “for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say” (Luke 12:12).

About this Plan
Jesus left the church the vision of a movement when he challenged us to reproduce from our own Jerusalem into “Judea, Samaria and the end of the earth” (Acts 1:8). For us to see a movement, we need every Christ follower to adopt Jesus' personal mission to “seek and save the lost” (Luke 19:10). Evangelism is core to the mission of Jesus and essential to accomplishing his vision. This plan is part of a 5 week journey built around the topic Gospel X - Multiplying the gospel.
