The Complete Devotional With Josh Normanنموونە

Obedience through Surrender
Picture Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, praying fervently and ultimately surrendering His will to the Father’s. His words, “Not my will, but yours, be done,” echo through the ages as the ultimate act of obedience through surrender. True obedience often requires us to let go of our own desires and trust in God’s greater plan. By following Jesus’ example, we learn to surrender our will, trusting that God’s purposes will be fulfilled in our lives, even when it requires personal sacrifice.
Practical Application: Identify an area where you need to surrender your will to God’s. Pray for the strength to say, "Not my will, but yours, be done," and trust Him with the outcome.
