In Esther 6-8, we witness a divine reversal—Haman, who plotted to destroy the Jewish people, ends up defeated, while Esther and Mordecai’s faithfulness brings deliverance. This reversal highlights God’s power to turn evil plans into victory for His people. Revelation 13, on the other hand, introduces a time when evil seems to hold sway. Yet, even here, God’s ultimate sovereignty shines through, reminding us that He remains in control, even in the darkest moments.

The Holy Spirit equips us to trust in God’s timing and sovereignty, especially when circumstances seem bleak. Just as Esther and Mordecai trusted God to work behind the scenes, we, too, are invited to trust that God is active and faithful. The Spirit teaches us to stand firm in faith, confident that God’s plans cannot be thwarted and that He brings justice and restoration in His perfect time.

Today, ask the Holy Spirit for faith to see beyond what’s visible. Trust that God is working all things for good, even when circumstances look dark. Let this divine reversal in Esther inspire you to believe in God’s ability to redeem and transform every situation, turning it for His glory and our good.
