True faith isn’t the absence of fear; it’s courage rooted in God’s unwavering presence.

In Luke 22:1–23, Jesus predicts His betrayal at the hands of Judas and institutes the Lord’s Supper, using bread and wine to symbolize His body and blood, signifying the new covenant. Jesus foretells His sacrifice for humanity’s salvation, even as His betrayer sits among them.

Today, let the Holy Spirit lead you into deeper trust. Lay your fears at His feet, allowing Him to meet your worry with peace and your doubt with faith. Know that, like David, you are heard and held by a God who never forsakes you.
