Church & Students

DAY 16 OF 21

In these powerful verses, known as the Great Commission, Jesus imparts a clear mandate to His followers. With the affirmation of His authority, He sends us out to make disciples of all nations, emphasizing the importance of sharing the Gospel and nurturing faith in others.

This commandment isn't just for the missionaries or church leaders; it’s a calling for every believer. Each of us has a role in spreading the message of Christ, whether through our words, actions, or the love we show to those around us. Living a missional life is not a one-time event; it’s a lifelong journey of growing in faith and helping others do the same.

Fusion is passionate about students encountering the powerful message of the gospel of Jesus, and when we consider our local university campus, the nations are at our doorstep. Over 24% of university students in the UK are International students, that is before taking into account the diversity of British students that are present. The opportunity to reach the nations is available at our local university.

Questions: How you can actively participate in the Great Commission? What does making disciples of all nations look like for you? Are there international students you can invite to be around your table?
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for commissioning me with your heart of making disciples. Help me to boldly share Your love and truth with others. Remind me that You are always with me as I step out in faith. Amen.

About this Plan

Church & Students

We are in the grip of a slow awakening in the student world as we continue to hear story after story of students coming to know Jesus. This is a story that hasn’t just begun now, it's been unfolding across generations, prayers of those who have sown in tears that God would move powerfully in this nation and the next generation; we are standing on the answered prayers of those faithful intercessors.
