I'm Saved, Now What?نموونە
On this journey of walking out your salvation, do not fall into the trap of isolation. Instead, lean into community. Find like-minded individuals that you can do life with. It will make all of the difference. You were never meant to walk this journey alone. As a new believer, connecting with a community of other Christians is essential.
The church is not just a building; it’s a body of people who are there to encourage, support, and challenge you. In times of joy and in times of struggle, the community of believers helps keep you grounded in your faith and reminds you of God’s promises and your purpose. Community helps us to experience Christ in ways that we might not outside of intentional and consistent fellowship. This is why the writer of Hebrews encourages us not to give up meeting together because we need each other.
Isolation can lead to discouragement and confusion, but in community, we find strength. Surround yourself with others who are walking the same path, who will help you grow, and who will celebrate your victories with you. Together, you can spur one another on toward greater love and good works.
Reflection Question: How do you plan to get more connected to a community of believers? Will you join a church or small group?
