Preparing for Christmasنموونە

As we continue to sit with Mary's song of praise, she declares that God's mercy extends to those who fear Him, and that He has scattered the proud and lifted up the humble. This reminder of God's power to reverse earthly expectations connects beautifully with Matthew 19, where Jesus declares that the God who created the heavens and the earth, and who holds all things in His hands, is a God who can do the impossible. When we place our trust in God's sovereignty, we can have confidence that no situation is beyond His ability to redeem and transform. His mercy and power work together to accomplish what we cannot even imagine.
