3 Money Declarations That Will Make God Your CFOنموونە
Hey friend!
Now that we have learned the truth about God’s provision and our calling to be stewards, now we need to think about how He wants us to use what He's given us to bless others.
2 Corinthians 9:8 says, "And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work."
So it looks like God blesses us not just so we can have a good time, but so we can be a channel of His blessing to others.
When we start to see our financial blessings as more than just something for ourselves, it changes everything. We begin to view our money as a tool to make a difference in the lives of the people around us. Isn't that exciting?
But it gets even better. When we give generously, we're reflecting the heart of our incredibly generous God.
Think about it: He gave His own Son for our salvation. That's the ultimate act of giving! And true faith really does show the heart of God through how we treat others, as James points out in James 2:15-17.
But let’s not forget the importance of cheerful giving. 2 Corinthians 9:7 reminds us, "So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver."
When we give cheerfully and willingly, it's like an act of worship. It shows that we trust in God's provision and that we want to be a part of the amazing work He's doing in the world.
Generosity isn't a chore; it's a joyful privilege!
Let’s reinforce our decision to be cheerful givers with this declaration:
"Father, You have blessed me to be a blessing. I choose to give generously, knowing that it brings joy to Your heart and blesses others in need. I know that You provide all I need and help me to be a good steward with my finances, allowing me to better serve others."
I want to remind us that we are not perfect and God doesn’t expect perfection. We may have to repeat these declarations we’ve learned many times, but it is through that continual seeking, trusting, and remembering God’s truths that we reflect Him more and more.
