Visual Eyes
An essential component of stability in the lives of believers is to have spiritual vision. We must possess the capacity to imagine and the ability to see and create, sometimes, without a model or reference. When we begin to tackle our personal mountain of projects, mishaps, and dilemmas, oftentimes, all we have is what we have imagined and a word! Thus, we unearth the necessity to cultivate spiritual vision, the power of seeing, so that we can navigate our way to garnering the tangible fruit of success. As an educator, one of the skills that I teach my students is the technique of visualization. As these young readers begin to take on chapter books, there are very few images, and they must form a mental picture of what is happening in the book. As God gives us the vision for our lives, we too must read His promises and visualize our future. It may be something that has never been done before. A point of reference or guidepost may not exist. But, even when we do not see it in the natural, we must be able to see it, to visualize it, in the spiritual. Our Heavenly Father wants us to see the vision for our lives and stand on His promise that at the appropriate time, He will surely bring it to pass.

About this Plan
This 8-day devotional is taken from a printed book collection 90-day devotional. Arise & Shine is not about fluff, but presents real-life situations and challenges and motivates us to work through them to become better for the Kingdom. The enemy wants to render us stagnate. If he can’t turn us away from God, he desires to keep us wavering in our faith, dwelling on the same negative thoughts, and responding to difficulty in the same manner. But it is high time. It is your time. This is your season to arise and shine for God!
