Grace-Filled Motherhood

DAY 4 OF 14

Our Highest Calling - Glorify God with Our Lives

Read: Colossians 3:12-17

SOAP: Colossians 3:16-17

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and exhorting one another with all wisdom, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, all with grace in your hearts to God. And whatever you do in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."

Into the Text

Sweet sister,

God’s Word should impact every area of our lives. It should guide us, comfort us, and counsel us. It's within the pages of Scripture that we find the strength to rise above the mundane and find greater purpose. We are each a vessel of His love, called to glorify God through the rhythms of our days and how we point others to Jesus.

Whether you're whispering a prayer over your sleeping child, sharing wisdom with a reluctant teenager, or simply folding laundry as you’re talking to a friend, know these moments are sacred. Our everyday acts are infused with eternal significance when done in love for our Lord.

The beauty of this calling is that it doesn't require stunning accomplishments but only faithfulness in the small things. Jesus delights in the simplicity of a quiet life lived with intention. By dedicating our ordinary days to Him, our simple moments can become gospel-centric, and our regular routines become reasons to worship.

Through our words and actions, let's live for Him as we cherish our loved ones, forgive freely, and serve joyfully. Let’s see each day as a canvas for His glory and paint it with the vibrant colors of His love and grace.

Our lives are His most beautiful masterpieces.

Prayer

Dear Jesus, in the quiet of this moment, I ask for the grace to live a life that glorifies You in all I do. Let my life be a testament to Your unfailing love. Amen.
