A Glimpse of Infinity (New York Edition) - 7 Days of Photography & Prayersنموونە
Reflections of New York
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Sovereign Lord, several years ago, we watched in horror as airplanes rained down from the sky. Lives were lost, families were broken, and much of the world watched on and mourned. As the psalmist writes, You have made our days a mere handbreadth; the span of our years is as nothing before You. Everyone is but a breath, even those who seem secure (Psalm 39:15). That was evident on September 11th, 2001.
Today, we reflect on the years gone by and acknowledge that life here on earth is short. We pray for the many who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attack and ask that You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. Please continue to restore our land, and cause the world to seek Jesus Christ, our only hope of salvation (Romans 10:9-10).
ONE QUESTION
Are there any areas of my life that I need to seek God’s restoration?
