God's Redemption Story (The Prophets)نموونە

Malachi
As a mom, nothing hurts more than “You’re the worst mom ever.” Usually, this is a response to discipline or the answer no. Though not said often, it still cuts my heart, because I desperately want my kids to know how deeply I love them.
The book of Malachi opens with God expressing His love and the people responding, “How have you loved us?” Ouch! How much must it hurt God’s heart when His children question His love for them. “Why did you do this, God?” “God, if you loved me you would…” “God, why aren’t you…”
We can easily see God’s love in the way He cares for us or gets us through tough times. But when God disciplines us or gives us answers we don’t like, do we have faith that His love is consistent or question whether He loves us at all?
