POURING OUT STRENGTH

Hard seasons have a way of sapping our hope and draining us of the passion we once had, for life. When it feels like you've been in a constant state of battle, fighting for your life in every way, it's hard to summon the strength to continue and show up as who God has called you to be. It's easy to feel like you want to give up. But I want to remind you that It's okay not to be strong. Weakness is the perfect space for God to show you who He is and for His strength to be made perfect. 2 Corinthians 12:9 tells us that “His grace is sufficient” and that “His strength is made perfect in our weakness.” So share your fears and weaknesses with God and in exchange, experience His divine empowerment and inspiration.

PRAYER

Ask the Lord for a new passion for life and a renewed hope. Ask the Holy Spirit to heal all the hidden wounds of your heart and to give you a unique revelation of His goodness towards you. Ask the Holy Spirit to lift every form of heaviness and oppression and ask Him to restore the joy of your salvation.

Declare that you have the mind of Christ. Ask the Holy Spirit to renew your mind and perspective on life. Ask Him to reveal every lie and thought that has allowed imposter syndrome and fear to reign. Ask the Holy Spirit to remind you of the Truth and His promises.

AFFIRMATION

I am worthy of compassion and tenderness when I am weak.
