Mantled for Greatnessنموونە
For Such a Time as This
When God fashioned you out of eternity into now, you were brought here on purpose and for purpose. The same is true for anyone. Your unique ability, God-given gifts, talents, and skills were needed at this exact point in history. The anointing on your life was given for now.
This is the reason you shouldn’t put off the calling of God or delay your obedience to the Father. Your calling is like an invitation to join in partnership with what the Holy Spirit is doing in eternity that’s affecting the earth. God releases callings to people by sending invitations out to those whom He selects. It’s up to us to answer the call and walk in this supernatural partnership with Him.
The crises, problems, and chaos in our world are a signal that it is time for you to rise. You can no longer hide; the Kingdom of God has need of you. You can no longer be silent; your voice is valuable. You can no longer sit back and just watch God use someone else when He desires greatly to use you!
Esther emerged when the nation of Israel needed her most. She was strategically placed in a royal position so that at the right time, she could intercede on behalf of her people. Her uncle, Mordecai, informed her in Esther 4:14 (ESV), “For if you keep silent at this time, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” He let Esther decide if this was her moment. She had to be willing to meet the challenge ahead of her, standing firmly in the boldness of God.
Just like Esther, you must decide if this is your moment. Have you come to the Kingdom for such a time as this? You must realize that you have been mantled for this time. Nothing and no one can hold you back from walking in the fullness of who you are, except you.
Take the next few minutes, and think about any excuses you have allowed to enter your mind and hinder your progression. Your excuses may be fear, failure, or past trauma. Ask God to uproot these excuses, so that you can take up the mantle and move forward unhindered into God’s purpose for you.
