5 Things You Can Expect From Godنموونە
EXPECT ANSWERED PRAYER
Have you ever cried out to God and felt like He wasn’t paying attention? Like He went on vacation and all you got was His voicemail or out-of-office email? Maybe you’ve said, “I’ve been seeking the Lord, but He just isn’t answering. My prayers are falling on deaf ears.”
Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s not true. He hears you! He is paying close attention to you. In fact, Matthew 10:30 says, The very hairs on your head are all numbered.
Think about that! God has counted every hair on your head. That is a God who’s into the details! If He knows how many hairs you have on your head, He knows everything else that’s going on with you, too. You can bank on the fact that He hears you!
Several verses in Psalms show us is wonderful attention God is giving you. Psalm 40:1 says I waited patiently for the Lord, and He inclined to me, and heard my cry and Psalm 116:2 says Because He has inclined His ear to me…I will call upon Him as long as I live.
When I read that God is “inclined to me,” I see Him leaning forward from His throne, inclining Himself so He can hear every word, every prayer. Expect it! Picture Him bending down to hear you. That’s how closely He’s paying attention.
First John 5:14 says, This is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
How can you have confidence that God is answering your prayers and paying attention to your situation? Because He hears you! He’s paying close attention – the Bible says so.
You can expect God to answer every time you call on Him or ask for His direction. He’s got you covered.

God gives us promises in His Word. And He keeps His promises! So when He reveals something in the Bible that belongs to you in Christ, you should expect to see it manifest in your life. We call that faith. Faith is expecting to see what God has promised! This is not an exhaustive list, but here are five things you can expect from God when you believe Him:
