Get Ready for a Miracle - Discover Hope and Faith When Facing the Impossibleنموونە
Always Trust God
Following Jesus is a journey of transformation, a journey that starts with a single step of faith. But that step isn't always welcomed with open arms, especially by those who are closest to us. I began my journey in my early twenties, brimming with passion, enthusiasm, and a newfound sense of purpose. Yet, I encountered a lot of misunderstanding, a lot of raised eyebrows. People were fine when I merely showed an interest in Jesus. But the moment I took a leap of faith and made a commitment, the tone around me changed drastically.
It was a struggle, a real test of faith, but I chose to continue my journey, trusting in God. In the years that followed, I've seen people who have battled through their own struggles, celebrated victories, experienced miracles, and leaned on God through it all.
After my wife and I got married, we hoped for our share of victories too. But instead, we found ourselves grappling with a reality we never expected: infertility. As newlyweds dreaming of a family, we were told our journey would likely be without children. It was a hard pill to swallow. We both loved kids, and we had always envisioned a future where we were parents. However, doctor after doctor confirmed the worst - it was highly unlikely we could conceive.
I remember our visit to one of the top infertility clinics in the country. The doctor meticulously went through our medical histories and the procedures my wife had undergone to increase our chances of having a child, only to confirm what we already knew. But this time, instead of sinking into despair, we turned our faces towards God. We decided to put our trust entirely in Him, our God who makes the impossible possible.
We didn't understand why this was happening. We had questions and doubts. But through it all, we made a choice, a choice to say, "God, we will always trust you whether we have kids or not." We decided to keep faith and trust God, not because it was easy, but because we believed in His plan for us. We believed that even in the face of impossibility, God could make a way.
Whether it's a health crisis, financial difficulty, a dream deferred, or a heartache that just won't heal, we all face mountains in our lives. In this devotional, we're inviting you to walk with us through our story, our challenges, our triumphs, and the lessons we've learned. Our journey started with trust, trust in a God who hears and answers our prayers. In the coming days, we aim to inspire that same trust in your heart, no matter the size of the mountain you're facing. Together, let's move forward in faith and expect the impossible.
