Our Modern Warfare (Part 1)نموونە
Fervent Prayer - Our Lifeline on the Battlefield
Our victory on the battlefield of life is completely dependent upon our willingness to humble ourselves before God in fervent prayer. Fervent prayer is passionate and enthusiastic prayer with God. Would you use the words passionate or enthusiastic to describe your prayer life over the past month?
Paul teaches us in Ephesians 6:18 that prayer is the key to turning our spiritual armor on. He tells us to pray on all occasions, with all kinds of prayers, because he knew and firmly believed that prayer is the channel that God uses to activate our spiritual armor as we go into battle. Prayer should always be our first response.
The Bible gives us numerous examples of people praying, and almost all of them involve the person physically lowering himself in prayer before God. Jesus kneeled and laid on his face in prayer with His Father. I believe we should do the same. Humbling ourselves before God means we are literally trying to be lower than God, and what better way to do that than kneeling before God’s throne in prayer.
Without God’s constant instruction, encouragement, and protection, we will not experience victory over the fear, depression, stress, gluttony, envy, anger, lust, and pride that the enemy is trying to hold women down with. I pray you realize what a powerful warrior you would be if you made fervent prayer not just something you do occasionally but who you are.
A woman that prays fervently for her family, church, neighborhood, and community is a powerful weapon!

About this Plan
We fight an ancient enemy who uses modern warfare to assault women affecting each of our lives on a daily basis. Because of Jesus, we’re more than conquerors and don’t have to live in fear of our enemy. God has created you to be a warrior with an irreplaceable role in the war, and you are needed out on the battlefield.
