In Matthew 9: 35-36, we see in Jesus’ life compassion towards the people, and in Matthew 20:25-28, Jesus is shown to have humility and have a servant attitude.
A person may have good character qualities, but what makes Jesus Christ different from all other men? Well, He made claims no one else has ever made.
In Mark 2:5-7, Jesus claimed that He could forgive sins, in which only God the Father can do. He also mentioned in John 10:30-33 that Jesus and the Father are the same. The Jews who were listening to Jesus understod that Jesus was referring to Himself as God.
Jesus made many other claims for Himself. You must decide if what He said was true or false.
If Jesus’ claims were false, then He knew they were false, which makes Him a liar. Or He believed He was God which makes Him crazy.
However, if His claims were true, then Jesus is really God.
So, which one is which?
Romans 1:4 mentions an event in Jesus’ life: Jesus rose from the dead.
