FTS-5 Day Reset With Nick Hallنموونە

God Is Relational
The very first pages of Scripture show us a God who is relational. From the very beginning, God wants to be with us, to know us. Relationship isn’t just something God does; God is relational.
And we were made for relationship. We’re all searching for satisfaction, and we’ll run to a hundred possible solutions to fill a God-sized hole. We were made to be satisfied with God, and we’ll never be satisfied until then.
The beautiful truth is this: God made the first move. Jesus is the greatest expression of God's desire to be with us. The Gospel of John says this about Jesus, “The Word became flesh and moved into the neighborhood” (John 1:14, The Message). Christianity is a story of God living among us. Jesus crossed cultural lines and social lines to be near the broken. God isn’t waiting for us to make the first move—because He already has.
If God is relational, then we should be, too. If we want to learn to move closer, then we can start by embracing the call to welcome others along the journey.
