WALK IN RIGHTEOUSNESS

The new heart that God gives us in salvation begins to produce new behavior in our lives. God saves us when we are sinners, but it is not His plan to leave us that way! He desires that we would walk with Him in ever increasing righteousness. This is an ongoing process, and we will not reach perfection in this life. But God leads, guides, and helps us by the Holy Spirit living inside of us, and we grow—slowly but surely—in increasing holiness.
