Remember, ministry starts in our homes first and then spreads outward. At the heart of marriage is the idea of being selfless and putting our spouse's needs before our own.

It is human nature to be self-serving, but thanks to the grace of God, he enables us to grow beyond our human abilities and become more like him. Let’s learn from his example and aspire to love our spouses the same way he loves us.

Lord, we are grateful for your love and guidance in our marriage and for the example of Christ who gave his life to redeem us. Please open our eyes and hearts to each other’s needs. Help us love and care for each other selflessly.
